Baltic Mill
The former Baltic Mill site is being transformed into additional green space for our residents to enjoy.
The contract is being delivered by AWJ Business Services, and the construction phase is expected to run until March 2025.
The park will be open to the public in Summer 2025.
Due to the nature of the works, there is an expectation of dust, vibration and noise which will be kept to a minimum where possible.
The Riverside Walk will remain open throughout the majority of the works with only temporary closures.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
